Portrait with horse

Commissioned work
A commission is not about replicating an existing image.
Each work is built starting from the subject itself.
Whether it’s a horse or the relationship between horse and figure, the goal is always the same: to enhance what makes it unique.

Each project is prepared through a preliminary study that takes into account:
-
the structure and characteristics of the horse
-
the presence and attitude of the subject
-
the visual strengths of the subject
-
the construction of the image
Nothing is left to chance.
During the shoot
The session is built with attention and patience.
Time is part of the process: it allows observation, correction, and the identification of the right moment.

Time is part of the process: it allows observation, correction, and the identification of the right moment.
Light is always controlled:
-
directional
-
calibrated on the subject
-
designed to sculpt volume and details
It is never used casually.
The result
Each image is built to:
-
enhance the subject
-
highlight its strengths
-
maintain visual coherence
-
avoid temporary or artificial effects
The result is an image designed to endure over time.
Areas of work
My work is primarily focused on equine portraiture and projects built around the relationship between horse and human.
In specific contexts, I also create images for communication, promotion, and projects related to breeding farms and equestrian businesses.
Each project is approached with the same principles: attention to the subject, control of light, and intentional image construction.
